Vialle
Random's queen has done so much to temper the king's impetuosity that
she seems fully responsible for his sudden, dramactic maturation. She is
quiet about Amberian affairs, preferring to offer instead complete
support for Random's actions. She clearly loves her husband, and to the
surprise of all, her husband loves her just as strongly. Vialle is
blind, and is a sculptress. Her sculptures boast a simplicity that
belies her great personal attention to physical detail, and in this
contradiction it seems she has found a unique atristic expression.
Through the quietness of her art, and the quietness of her person, Vialle
has single-handedly but indirectly altered the atmosphere of Castle
Amber. She has no enemies.
